RESOURCES FOR ACTION

Complex issues facing Tennessee's LGBTQ community require that we consider research and make plans for action. We have attempted to embody both sides of this continuum in the reports linked below. HB64 (January 2025). This issue brief was prepared by TEP Knox, Anderson, and Blount Counties Chair Bean Chapman on an anti-transgender bathroom bill for residential educational settings.

Middle Tennessee Trans & Gender Non-Conforming Community Needs Assessment (December 2024). This report was prepared by Finn Shelp-Peck.
