Up to 18 teams will compete in the TEP Gumbo Contest presented by Hilton Memphis on Sunday, January 21, 2018. In addition to the People's Choice competition, each team's gumbo will be evaluated by a panel of judges who will select winners of 1st, 2nd and Third Place and Best Vegetarian/Vegan gumbos.
