Kathryn Claxton signed No special legislative session for bathroom discrimination! 2016-05-19 07:00:47 -0500This is a HORRIBLE solution to a non-existent problem. Do not promote discrimination and do not promote fear about something that has NEVER happened (the only people cross-dressing and going into restrooms with anything less than noble intentions are the haters promoting this type of legislation, and they are making fools of themselves). Please don’t add TN to the list of states that will suffer economically from this legislation which will ultimately be found to be UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

Dear Speaker Ramsey and Speaker Harwell:
We oppose a special legislative session to consider an anti-transgender bathroom discrimination law. It is never justified to spend the state's time and money to advance discrimination. Thank you for considering our views.
