    1. There have been zero cases reported anywhere of transgender people attacking people in bathrooms. 2. There have been multiple cases where men have gone into women’s bathrooms in order to assault or rape women or children. The only person who has tried to use the law as a defense in a case of such was asked to do so by a lobbying group, and that defense did not work. 3. Cases of women walking into bathrooms, not being deemed feminine enough to be female are being harassed or thrown out of the women’s bathrooms, even though that is their sex from birth.

Summer is coming, and I was thinking about cutting my hair. I am not the most feminine looking woman, even though I have been a woman with all the womanly parts from birth. Am I going to have to worry about being kicked out of a bathroom?

Dear Speaker Ramsey and Speaker Harwell:

We oppose a special legislative session to consider an anti-transgender bathroom discrimination law.  It is never justified to spend the state's time and money to advance discrimination.  Thank you for considering our views.
