The university of Tennessee is and must be a diverse institution so they graduate top notch young people who are well prepared for the world we all live in. Tennessee is much more diverse than it was ten years ago but sadly that is not represented in our legislative body. This is nothing more than the gross and hateful over reach of a group of elitist Republican bigots.

The Legislature passed SB1912/HB2248 that removes funding from the Office for Diversity and Inclusion at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. Sign this petition that we will deliver to Governor Haslam asking him to veto the bill.
