Please do not put any Tennessee Citizen in jeopardy of their emotional or mental health. If there is any type of diseaster in Tennessee will trans people not be Citizens of the State and be able to get help like all Tennesseans.

HB1840 is an unnecessary bill. It ONLY serves to alienate some of the most vulnerable people in our society. As an LCSW, I can tell you that those in the counseling professions need no governmental protections from clients. We can handle this ourselves.

Please don’t make the same mistake that our legislators did here in North Carolina. As a moderate Republican, I can say that we aren’t as vocal as the hard line conservatives, but we do vote for the party. That is until you infringe on people’s rights. The laws must be good for all, not just for some and especially when they come from an emotion like hate

You’re a slack-jawed, old-money, window-licking, cousin-fucking snake in the grass. You oppress others so you and your false sense of morality sleep a little cozier at night. You’re a small, pathetic man, and the world will benefit from your exit from office or beyond.

Our LGBT friends have experienced more rejection and and have been more ostracized than we can imagine. Thus, they are more at risk for depression and suicide. Don’t allow more barriers and rejection from allowing them to get the help they need.

I am a republican, I do not think this legislation serves the public or private good.
